Doors leak when shut and locked. Other workmanship with many noticeable imperfections. Very poor quality control. Expensive and inferior quality products.
Excellent workmanship and very polite. The process was quick and the cleanup was great. Not a single thing left behind. You would never know they were there. 5 stars.
Really bad customer service. I was promised a quote by the end of the day multiple times over the last 9 days. The person I originally spoke with (Jo Ann) was super nice, though. However, when I called today, it was far from a pleasant experience. The woman who answered treated me like I was an idiot and acted as if I had never contacted the company before.
