As nice as the staff here is I unfortunately have to give the storage facility part of this business a low rating. I had no issues during the warm months but as soon as it cooled down for winter I started finding mouse droppings all over my stuff. I asked if they do pest control, told them about the droppings, and their solution is to hand out sticky traps. Those didn't help, even though I found dead mice after placing them. This storage unit does not check voicemails apparently, they said when I got my unit that leave a message and they will charge card on file for unit. However the new management does not do so and wait months so they can charge late fees and then send an email to let you know they will be auction your belongings if you don’t pay their fees. Shady practices. Do not use.
