well, i was at community health center on Saturday and had the worst experience in my life due to having the nastiest doctor. looked unclean with a dirty shirt and was blowing his nose into a very dirty snot rag. i would be ashamed if i worked there. On the other hand my experience at sierra vista at the check-in and having my blood taken and also x-rays was way above the board. nice pleasant people doing a very great job!!Thank you.

Discharged me after looking at my X-rays saying I was fine and suffered a foot sprain. Paid my co-pay and went on my way. I get a call 1.5hrs later saying they actually do see something wrong and need me to come back. Turns out I need to have surgery but...and they want me to pay a second co-pay for something they missed the first time and refuse to treat it as one visit. Never again will I go to Sierra Vista for emergency room needs.

We've had two experiences with SVRMC; both were extraordinary. From the surgeons, doctors, nurses and CNAs to the physical therapists, case managers and discharge managers, all provided top-notch care without sacrificing patience, kindness or compassion. They have an extraordinary group of professionals, and we're grateful that in both situations we were faced with, it was the good folk of Sierra Vista that helped us through. Delivered my son 11 weeks early. The L&D and NICU staff are the best. So friendly and knowledgeable. They made my husband and I feel relaxed during a very scary time.
