Edit: The canned and insincere reply by this facility simply reinforces how poorly run this place is. They didn't even read my review obviously. I mentioned the number of messages I have left, and they obviously have my name as I am leaving a review, yet they ask me to contact them...again. They just dont care at all and it shows. I got wonderful care but I have called over 50 times since my stay in SEPTEMBER OF 2024. I came from out of state and have called so many times to set up a payment plan to PAY MY BILL and instead of returning my call, they send me another bill. This is me making it publicly known encase this hospital tries to take me to collections. Your communication sucks, your patient relationship team sucks, you guys have NO REGARD for allergies. I can't imagine being a patient of this place. I have received at least 5 bill statements for a person that I have no idea who they are. I have called at least 6 times and left messages over several months, not once has anyone answered the phone in any department, much less ever called me back. This has to be an egregious violation of this patient rights, whoever they are.
This is a zero-star review regarding my experience at the hospital. I found the demeanor of the medical staff to be unprofessional; the doctors appeared indifferent, and the nurses often seemed irritable. Additionally, patients were sometimes subjected to inappropriate comments, being called “crazy” and “weird.” Safety protocols were lacking; for instance, I was able to steal scissors from the nurse's office despite being hospitalized for suicidal ideation.
