Ok. I had a rough time once and a ok time a second and I'm thankful for the most recent as it helped me though a dark time. They do a great job with the meals. But I wish there was staff I could have talked with. Some great people helped me though and if you need help Sierra Vista can be a good place rest but can be difficult to sleep with the noise. Some of the staff are really great people and even though I have more medical need the nurses were always kind.

last time I was there , lots of mean nurses , uhh someone got booty juiced and they locked me in the padding room for no reason , MEANWHILE others were banging their heads on the wall and hurting their fist , awful and make you feel isolated , trust me , almost every teenager is faking feeling better because they hate it in here.

Yea this place need to get a OSHA check it’s a joke in here, nurses don’t care about the patients they don’t even communicate with confused visitors. 3 days straight of going here I walked in and they said no phones allowed but the security watched me take my phone in and didn’t address me? And as for the bag of food they didn’t check if I had anything dangerous either? Like I don’t feel safe with my sibling being in here if they lack security.
