I'm not sure why doctors feel they can cancel appointments without talking to the patients first. This place is disgusting. I thought they finally found a good doctor for this place and come to find out this doctor is No better than the other ones here. Sorry Vista truly needs good medical care and good professionals. Was going to switch from my current doctor to this clinic, got the worst doctor and worst experience I've ever had. The doctor assumed I was in the clinic for pain meds and didn't access anything else going on from my autoimmune disorders. She didn't even pronounce the type of arthritis correctly. The doctor I got was Christine Grassman, and I wouldn't recommend her to anyone, even if in dire need! The rest of the staff was very nice and helpful. Heather Kinder is one of the best doctors you can possibly hope to see here, hands down! There is a reason why she's booked over a month in advance; she actually cares about you and your health. Just want to show some appreciation for a doctor who goes above and beyond for her patients.
I wish the other reviews were wrong, but it’s all true. Most of the staff is very uncaring and unhelpful even when you calmly explain that you’re desperate and don’t know what to do. They basically tell you I’m sorry Google it or call another medical professional, but not us we can’t help. The only person I’ve had a good experience with is Jamie Fitzpatrick but there’s no point to seeing her if it takes over a month to get an appointment even when it’s urgent and the ER doctor says you need to see a PCP asap.
