Just had a simple blood draw for lab test. I was bleeding profusely 1 min after they draw the blood and put a small bandage on . I went back and knocked on their door while I was bleeding all over. It took them 3 mins to open the door. Never go back again. I have blood draw every 2 months. Never happened to me!
I'm not sure why the staff and doctors feel they can cancel appointments without talking to the patients first. This place is disgusting. I thought they finally found a good doctor for this place and come to find out this doctor is No better than the other ones here. Sorry Vista truly needs good medical care and good professionals. It sucks that the doctors don't care about their patients mental much less physical care. I have been going here for years and never been so disrespected by my doctor as I was today. I will never refer this place to anyone again. I really wish someone would give me the information to reach Mrs. Grassman’s boss.
