Live here only as a last resort. This complex is filled with ghetto-seniors and their ghetto-offspring who noisily parade in and out at all hours. Neighboring gangsters jump the fence at will to get in and search for opportunities. There is no security. Calling the Palmdale police will get you nowhere. The management is mostly absent and wont deal with problems.
