My latest experience with SVDH 's ER was very good. Miraculously, the waiting room was practically empty. I felt cared for and listened to. The ER physician, Dr Hall was kind and attentive. He brought me a warm blanket. :>) The nurses were also great AND the receptionist/nurse was also very supportive. So I'd say that this last visit was Excellent! So appreciate the hard working staff.
Staff was very slow for basic needs like medication for a headache, it took 6.5 hours. Staff was very very slow at responding to my nurse button and not very friendly. The ER doctor finally came and spoke to me with my results for about 30 seconds. She spoke as if I spent 20 years in medical school and did not allow for follow up questions before she left.
