Horrible! Tasha the groomer was not only rude but she left my little dog with a rash like burn marks on him and his hair is butchered. The office Manager is unfriendly, my dog needed to be seen and they informed me I would need to take him somewhere else because they couldn't get him in. They were supposed to be his Veterinarian. They were suggesting surgery and a specialist, I got a 2nd opinion and turns out he didn't need the specialist or surgery. All I wanted to do was get our dog’s nails clipped. She’s a skittish dog, but the staff took her in and cut her nails before I had a chance to sit down an relax. Very quick service by professional staff!

I will never recommend this clinic. After being a patient for a decade they “forgot” a necessary vaccine for one of my dogs and not the other (I took them at the same time) and then I almost had to cancel my vacation because that vaccine wasn’t done for necessary boarding. Then they made it impossible to do the vaccine on a Saturday which is the only day I can take my dogs in. I finally decided to leave them and they wouldn’t send over one of my dogs records to the new vet. I had to literally drive to them and get records in... read more
