My initial review was 5 stars when I started using Sierra in 2014 and have had no issues until this year. I do animal rescue work and referred many local adopters to Sierra. Even though they're more expensive than other clinics, the level of care is/was worth it. I unfortunately feel the need to change this rating due to the interactions over the last 6-8 months regarding the care of my dog.
