Horrible management, old apartments not worth the rental price
I've had a good experience here. It's within a reasonable distance to campus and within walking distance to the mall. It seems like management is taking steps to generally improve things all around. All work orders we've submitted have been handled in a reasonable time.
DONT DO IT! They Ghetto and they barley fix things and its very dirty and its full of section 8 people who are rude and negligent. They do alot of car break ins management lies alot and really dont listen to complaints evasive as hell. oooooh almost forgot THEY GOT ROACHES!!!!!!!!!! and mold all inside the toilets
