THEY CHARGED ME A $50 NO SHOW FEE FOR AN APPOINTMENT THAT THEY DIDN'T EVEN CONFIRM WITH ME BEFORE SETTING IT. No way I'm paying for something I wasn't aware of. It's disappointing because I was looking forward to being treated by Dr. A. He was highly recommended by my prior vein doctor in Sacramento, CA.
Didn't care about me as a patient. Service needs improvement.
I would not recommend this office for vein treatments. Patients pay up front and then they offer you 1 day a month for treatments with no exceptions. I have paid in full and now have to wait 4 months for my next service due to their scheduling practices. I would go somewhere else but they refused a partial refund and I am out of money.
Dr.A and his staff are always so attentive. Procedures are fast and effective..no pain at all!
