Not respectful of one’s time. Very disappointed regarding the interview you scheduled for 2:00 PM. I arrived at 1:45 PM, briefly spoke to Melinda, but after waiting until 2:30 PM without any communication, I felt it was necessary to leave. It's concerning that the interview was scheduled during a busy shift change, leading to a lack of respect for my time. I believe such scheduling reflects poorly on the organization's professionalism. I hope this feedback helps improve future scheduling practices.
