Great staff and the assistant and doctor Tom were absolutely amazing!! I thank the staff for all that they did!!

Broke a molar, got an appointment in 2 days. Short wait time then tooth was looked at immediately. Quick pics and X-ray then given my options and what to expect. After making my decision to have it removed they explained the procedure, what to expect and the end results. Prior to the procedure, I was given an idea of my out of pocket cost with my insurance. The WORST dental experience I have ever had.Dr Tom Rutner is so high strung like he is on drugs. I went in for a filling replacement for a filling that fell out and almost 700 dollars later..my tooth is worse than when I went to the appointment. Not to mention the tech let water and Dental crap run all down my neck and into my ear and also placed the Dental implements on my chest, which Dr Tom Rutner then proceeded to pick up off of my chest by the way, gave a C- verbally, what happened to having an implement tray?
