Dr. Thomas is unbelievable! I had a dental emergency Saturday morning and called everybody around and he was the only one to call back immediately. He saw me Saturday afternoon and completely repaired my teeth. He is extremely informative , efficient and the technology they had was amazing to get all fixed up. Next day waking up I'm in a lot less pain and my teeth feel 100x better, he also texted to follow up on how im doing. This entire team is amazing, not just Dr Tom who's dam good at not only his work, but with his & his teams ability to help you understand and feel comfortable about every detail. To me it seems the entire staff is organized, thorough & detail oriented & very professional while still making you feel like you're almost part of the team too & not just a bank account to collect from. I took my 3 year old grandson to his first dentist appointment. Everyone on the staff including the doctor were friendly and professional. I am so glad I found this dental office. My grandson had a great time.
Before going to sierra Tahoe dental, I had been to the dentist 2 times in 15 years. I have terrible anxiety getting any dental work done. They took excellent care and did the best they could to help me feel comfortable. My second round of fillings was even better than the first because I knew what to expect. I plan to keep going back and keep up on my dental hygiene from now on.
