I just had knee surgery last night and was extremely scared. All the nurses and docs made me feel so comfortable and were extremely friendly. They explained everything to me step by step. The facility is very very clean, the surgery was fast and they took excellent care of me after surgery. They even called me the next day to check on me and see how I was doing and if there was anything I needed. Much, much better than CTH! The staff was efficient during check in. The nursing staff pre op, in the OR and recovery were wonderful and gentle.
They we're friendly & nice made me feel less nervous & afterwards they made me comfortable. Thank You
I have had a few occasions to deal with Sierra Surgery Center and have been pleased each time. Everyone I dealt with from Front Desk, Techs & Staff were very pleasant.
My wife had a 3 hour procedure done yesterday the staff was very professional and courteous definitely five stars . They did a terrific job ! My hat is off to the surgeons and the staff , thank you !
They were friendly n pretty fast. Didn't get our appt in as soon as we wanted to. But it was OK.
Everything went really well from start to finish. Nurses and staff great. The only disappointment was the waiting area for family was really in poor condition. No water dirty restroom and not clean and today like the check in office.
Procedure was an hour late. Other than that, staff was great.
