APPLICANTS BEWARE!!!!!!! Hugo Ruiz does not return any calls or emails. I had applied, called, emailed and left messages with not one return call. 3 WEEKS later I was casually sent an email saying my application was accepted. I'm still trying to get my deposit back because who wants to live in a place where the manager does not care at all! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
