I just bought my bike from here best place ever went to. I have gone to several HD shops to find not only the right bike but to find one with the best customer service. This HD dose not put on a bike to sell one they do there best to find the right one for you. Best experience I ever had from a sales rep. Talk to john when you go. John is very helpful and polite. He really cares about the experience you receive and just as much as the ride of your life. Thanks john.

It all start when my wife surprised me with a new bike for my birthday. Negotiations began with Erika and Bruce. Got the best deal they could give me. I got the VIP Tour with all departments. I really enjoy the hospitality and red carpet feeling they gave me. Choir and the staff made me feel as one of their own. I recommend SSHD for all your Harley needs. I bought a brand new 2017 HD low rider S from Sierra steel HD yesterday. Wow I was amazed by the service I was given. From Rob the sales (amazing), to Choir the financing man (also amazing). I felt very welcome when purchasing a bike here. Also all the goodies that come along with a bike purchase put the icing on the cake. Great job guys and gals you have my business for future years to come.

My husband got my Free Wheeler at Sierra Steal. Great experience. Holmes the salesman went out of his way to find one I would like, and accommodated my test ride. Chior made the closing pretty painless. We got to know the rest of the guys who are very knowledgeable and nice. Jaron in parts and Trey in service.
