They have a towing service that will take your car without warning and cannot be reached by phone or email, if you do not sleuth out the address of the towing company yourself you will not get your car back. Also the residents here are up playing music in their cars and trucks past 2am. Unless you can find a unit here for less than 700$ a month, stay away!
Nice, quiet place with a pool and a small gym.
Rent is about $1600 for a one bedroom and an additional $50 a month for cat rent. The office staff is very friendly and work orders are completed quickly. But there is a noisy construction site next door that has been building from the ground up for over a year now. It covers my patio and car in dirt and dust. Some of the neighbors are hit or miss.
