If I could give one start I would. Since having an account with them it has been issue after issue. The communication from customer support to the warehouse location is non existent. We get bottles that are so full that you spill a ton when trying to insert the tube, we've had bottles with debris in it which we noticed after we've drank all the water, then they screw up delivery every time. You don't show up when your scheduled so the bottles are put out for no reason then you show up when you're not scheduled with no heads ... read more
This company owns water vending machines in the two nearest towns. Theyre so poorly maintained its not unusual for both machines to be out of service at the same time! Their rusty, moldy machines have forced me to spend more money and set up water delivery to my home from a competitor. Frustrating as I am willing to refill my jugs on my own, Primos' horrible service just makes using their machines impossible. Edit Seem to be better lately! Raised two stars.
Buyer beware. Liars. Cheats. Track every delivery and return or they overcharge then send to collections. We have an Atty involved now.
