Terrible experience. Our first delivery never showed up. They gave me a 3 hour time frame for delivery-waited and called customer service. The man I spoke with basically told me there was nothing he could do and nobody he could contact (no management team, no delivery driver, basically nobody else I could speak to and just to wait). 2 hours past the delivery time frame- I reach out via chat and they tell me that they deliver between 8-5 pm so wanted me to wait around all day. I have an account under Horizon Cable. We were supposed to receive a delivery every 2 weeks, but were skipped and did not get water for over a month. When I called to figure out what was doing on they said they would put in an order for water to be delivered Monday, since we are without.... no one came and we still have no water. I called again and was told that our local Primo denied the order for Monday, since we already had a delivery scheduled for Wednesday. Unacceptable.
Every other delivery shows up leaking and no way to get anyone on phone to replace but if you’re credit card expires they act like you’re trying to rob them , good trying to cancel service
Our delivery driver Sai, did an amazing job with our order. After doing 79 other stops in a single day, he worked hard and long to ensure all of his customers received their orders. He still had 2 stops after mine and I'm positive that they received theirs as well. His devotion to his customers is a testament to the company and their commitment to its consumers.
