This company has no concern over your time or needs. I've been waiting for my delivery, both times getting emails that the service is on the way. Later in the day another email cancelling for the day. The first cancellation they state they will be there tomorrow. Tomorrow comes with another email that they are going to miss the delivery with no reschedule. They text and tell you to call the driver. States he was in the area, but could not make my delivery. Occassionally the service will skip a delivery. If we run out of water I call the phone number listed. It is a 1-800 number and I held Friday 40 minutes before I got someone, was promised water today.They need to have a local number or at least someone who will answr the phone. If there was another service available I would definately check them out.Poorly run company if you ask me. Customer service is everything and they do not have that. Never ever use them crooks big time scam
What a horrible company. Water cost way to much and they do not put their customers first. Very slow at everything from dropping off water, picking up bottles to picking up equipment. I would never recommend to anyone!!
