I would give them 0 stars if I could. We had a water deliver service in our previous residence. In August, we contacted Primo Water /Sierra Springs to pickup equipment before we moved. (We moved on 9/20) and no longer needed their service. They scheduled a date and time to pickup water dispenser and empty containers but never showed up. We had to move the dispenser and empty containers 200 miles south with us because they failed to pickup. Started service in august of this year signed up online and bam thought all was good the day of delivery came waited around all day for the delivery didn’t happen so i called and was a bit miffed that i was missed especially taking the day off to be there and all i got in return was we are currently updating our system and it doesn't notify us all the time of new customers or changes. Among other issues, Sierra Springs has major accounts receivable problems. The organization I work for pays our bills in a timely manner and in an organized fashion. However, Sierra Springs does not apply our payments correctly. The result is a cascade of misapplied payments for the next several months until they send us to collections. They create the problem then add insult to injury. Dependable service, great communication with reminders
Great service, water is always cold and hot. Delivery team is courteous. They always walk around lawn and keep distance from cars in driveway. If we need to change order last minute, driver is always accommodating.
