Sierra smog best smog shop I ever been they roll the window down to hook up the obd2 witch is a requirement on all vehicles 96 and newer and also some people stick witch includes their car and the penske guy when you are 3 days late , fuel tank empty, and truck smelled like you just put a joint out plus you threatened them first I now I was there you get what you deserve and why should tou pay a small fee which Sierra smog gets none of
I like em Wear on switches happens. They may have been the straw that broke the camel's back, but even $65 switches wear out. I have always had a wonderful experience with Sierra Smog, personally.
BEWARE-CHECK FOR DAMAGE!! Sierra Smog did the smog test fine. However, I keep my windows up since I use air conditioning. For some reason, they wanted to roll down the window which is activated by a toggle switch. They got too aggressive with the switch and broke it. This car happens to be Porsche Carrera and the switch costs $65.00. I asked told them what they did and asked politely to pay for the new switch. The told me that it wasn't their problem and denied breaking it. I will be replacing the switch, and will send them ... read more
