I’ve been a patient of Dr. Laura Ostezan’s for over 20 years and think the world of her. However, when skin cancer and dermatology took over the practice went to hell. I had a bad experience with Botox on Thursday extreme bruising I needed some help. I started calling the office at 8:30 and must’ve called at least 20 times without getting a live person. I did leave a message however and never heard back even though I waited the entire day and called numerous times. They are machine and all they care about is making money the... read more
