Very clean office following all COVID protocols, appreciated that. Tammy Van dyke was very personable and informative. She makes you feel at ease. Got in and out quickly with no delays. The online experience was a bit challenging at first I thought my intake form was rejected. Then I got another email asking me to fill out more forms apparently it was all successful
excellent COVID-19 compliance, very clean and safe. staff great and supportive.Dr. Chappelle is the best.
The staff is efficient and courteous.
