On May 7, I ordered two lunches totaling $15.45 but in using their card device, I somehow doubled that amount to $30.90. I reviewed my receipt later that day and returned, asking for a refund of the extra amount. Wife and I went to the subway in Columbia ms today June 14 2026. The wife was waited on when we walked up to the counter but I was never waited on and was asked by two different employees and told them both I had not been waited on and they still never waited on me. Not sure if subway offers eye exams for their employees but maybe they should start.
I order meat ball sub six inch. White no toast no cheese no vegs how are is that? I came home and they gave pre toasted bread. How can you screw that up? By using bread that they toasted before I ever came in. No English . I have at it after years never had a complaint last two years this shop can be trusted to three meat ball on soft white sub sin inch. I want my money back
Very dissappointing sandwich, wow has the quality gone down hill but the prices gone way up? Not worth the price at all, bread tasted day old, the meat was sliced as thin as paper, no taste very blah. Will not be going to subway anymore
Goffstown Subway on Mast Road has a new management team who have made going there a new and wonderful surprise. For the first time, I sensed here were two people who wanted to be there: welcoming, courteous, friendly. I was even asked how I liked my sandwich. Obviously, the new management team paid attention to detail; if a slice of tomato didn’t look right, it was discarded. The whole vibe in the place was different in a positive way. Watched the owner and employee choke out and attack a door dasher. They were out of bread besides two kinds. The dasher calls the customer and asks if he would like to cancel or change his bread. He asks for one of the other option of bread available. Door dasher goes to request the change and the owner calls the man stupid and says they are out of that bread too. My family was driving through today and we stopped at your Troy location on 231 S, store number was 6717, and I want you to know that having workers work in the conditions they're working in, is ridiculous. As hot as it is outside, and then they have to go to work for 8- 10 hours in a building where there is no air and temps are almost that, as outside temps is absolutely ridiculous, and I would like to know why the owners who are making them work in these conditions, aren't in the store working as well, suffering.
