RecommendedRead the great reviews and decided to take the Jeep there for service. They were very thorough, communicated well, and were professional. They worked well with my budget to get us back on the road. They even stayed late on the weekend to finish the Jeep so my family could have it for work on Monday. Mr Ernie was a gentleman as well. RecommendedTook my car to Sierra Service to have the electric window looked at, they also checked over the whole car, sending me a text with what needed to be done. They had someone take me home and pick me up the next day to get my car. Everyone is so polite and professional. This is the only place I will take my car now. The place is so clean,even give you water when you wait or leave. I highly recommend Sierra Service. I give them a big 5 ⭐️
RecommendedFantastic service if you’re looking for a mechanic. The waiting room is clean and they have a TV with Netflix if you have kids with you. Walking distance to shopping and coffee shops if you prefer to not wait there. Modern technology with appt reminders and inspection reports. Very thorough and no pressure service.

What seemed to be a disaster turned into a day of blessing. Broke down on a Saturday, thought a tow back to Tucson on Monday would have to happen but googled auto mechanic Sierra Vista and i called, Ernie answered and sent tow truck, then back on the road in a few hours. Amazing and on a Saturday! Very fair price and superb service. Thank you!
