It used to be a beautiful place. That's why I moved here. After 100 Fowler location was sold has gone so far downhill it's unbelievable. The grounds are no longer taken care of. The grass is all dying because it's no longer watered. Of course coming in the gate it's great, then as you drive through the complex it's a totally different place. It's so disheartening. The office staff is definatly totally unaffected by all that's needs attention. It's nothing like it was when I moved in.
Excellent apartment for long-term living! I've been here for over a year and love it. The management is outstanding - any issue is resolved within an hour. The neighbors are wonderful, friendly, and respectful - such a great community! The location is convenient with everything nearby. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality long-term rental.
