Sierra Ridge in Bismarck, North Dakota is operated by an amazing property management team! What happened! Megan Ritnour, property manager Of several units is by far the best property manager I have ever had and she goes above and beyond to help her tenants. The work orders I place are done within a short window, If you call the office, anybody that answers the phone is friendly, and if they don’t know the answer to the question, they will follow up and get back to you. People in the office are amazing. They are on top of everything. Thank you all for what you do. I've been here for 3 years and this place is great and most importantly the office people! They are amazing!!!
The manager Megan is the best we have had in the 8 yrs I lived in the building.
Great property! With clean units. Large living and bedrooms. Garages have lots of room for vehicles and (coughs) motorcycles. The leasing team is super easy to work with. And all maintenance issues have been resolved in timely manners.
I would definitely recommend checking out Sierra Ridge. Best customer service hands down. Thanks for making the process so painless.
