We have lived there for almost eight years it was a great clean place to live while Silvia was a property manager. Now it's worst place to live there is no property manager, nothing gets fixed, there is dog poops all over the property, no lights at the parking spaces at nights. Would not recommend.
Me and my fiancé have been living here since the fall of 2015. We loved this place when Silvia was managing the complex. However, not too long ago she was promoted and was moved to manage a larger sister complex. And the people who took her place are grossly incompetent. They don't stick to their posted schedule. They're only here 2-3 times a week for only a couple hours. Instead of being here 5 times a week from 10-5pm. Maintenance orders do not go through in a timely manne... Continue Reading

We love our first new home. Silvia was amazing and made the process easier than expected. As a first time applicant me and my husband were not prepared, but Silvia and Brian made the process a lot easier. All of our neighbors were so welcoming. Thank you Sierra Regency you guys are awesome!

Safe & conveniently located near CSUS. Love my 2br/2ba townhome. Sylvia the community manager is amazing!! Highly recommend
