Miss K. Brown has been a pain to work with. We would NOT recommend this place to any of our friends or people in general. She should not be working as a property manager. Her customer service skills and her ability to work with tenants are awful.
In my opinion they are slumlords. They treat their tenants like inmates. A few of their buildings have numerous violations. Hope you heed this warning and avoid.
The worst experience I ever had living in New York is thanks to this management . No call backs , heat barely worked for a month in winter , nasty know it all broker and incompetent managers . Also noticed the owner of the company just gave himself a 5 star , can you be more immature than that ? can't wait till my lease is over and be done with this way of living , rent is above $2000 in case you though paying high rent means you get higher service with this company you wont .
They have managed my building for many years. Always very responsive. Building is well managed
