This is only the 3rd time my cat went to the vet in 15 years. I picked this clinic based on its reviews. Turns out my cat needs a tooth pulled and was offered 2 different days of availability, next week or next month. I told the receptionist I'll call in the morning. I needed to do this to make sure I could get the payment ready by next week. I called the next morning and was told the scheduler was in surgery. I never got a call back. "Baby" is 9 ;years old, recently adopted by me; felt that I should KNOW if I was facing financial ad emotional probes. I feel I was told onpenly of problems now expectally real and future problems I expect. I feel confident that Baby can get the type of care I wish for her in our declining years.She was extremely calm under their care.

I brought in my 8-year-old Lhasa Apso, Lucky, for his initial exam related to an upcoming dental procedure with anesthesia. He also has a grade IV heart murmur, so I was understandably a bit nervous. We happened to be seen by Dr. William, and I’m so glad we did. She was the first vet to recognize his enlarged prostate and explained everything clearly and kindly.
