I was slated to move out last July but the Sierra Ranch team gave me a desperately low deal to get me to stay in their roach-infested cespit they call an apartment complex. Less than $100/month more than what I was paying last year. I thought it was a good deal at the time but this mgmt team has somehow managed to raise my monthly rent by $80 in the last 5 months! I can’t believe you say called the office and No one never answers!!! I received an email saying my security deposit was processed on 7/8, today is 7/16 and I still haven’t received it!!! I moved out June 1st and still waiting on my security deposit!!!! This complex are lairs and very unprofessional!!!!
