Update: I still live here and most of the issues have been addressed. Shawn is wonderful. Has been the sweetest manager and just what this place needed. She is kind and brings so much hospitality and care. She truly has changed my perspective on this place, resolved a bunch of the issues and I’m back to loving where I live. Thank you!
This is by far the best community I’ve ever lived at the management and the people who live here are all very nice and we all feel very safe and cared for here
Since new management has taken over, this place is amazing! It had some issues years ago, but everything has changed for the better!! The AC unit has been replaced, the pool is beautiful, and the units are in great shape. Also the maintenance team is very responsive to requests. Beautiful property.
I just moved to Tucson and found Waters Edge and I am so glad that I did! Shawn, the apartment manager, is amazing and made me feel at home the minute I touched down! Maintenance is amazing and the property is very clean. It is also safe with gates with a code. If you are looking for a cozy, welcoming community, look at Waters Edge!
