If I could give this place and its management zero stars, I would. The AC was not working all summer, we all burned up. They should’ve sent a mass message saying we could get a portable AC. I didn’t know about it until ANOTHER RESIDENT told me about that option. It still wasn’t enough against Tucson Heat. Staff is so sweet and explained everything perfectly. Beautiful place as well.
The online ratings for this property do not reflect the reality of living here. While the maintenance technician is respectful and does his best, residents face significant challenges. The air conditioning only functions at half capacity, even in the hottest months. Rodent infestations remain untreated, and recurring leaks and flooding cause ongoing damage.
