I had a very good experience with Dr. Jeffrey Bean and his staff. Medical advice and treatment was competent and compassionate. The waiting room is very nice and comfortable and feels like home.
Dr. Jeffrey Bean at Sierra Podiatry Center has taken care of my family's foot issues for years. We have been seen for everything from ankle surgery to bunions to needing custom molded orthotics. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs an excellent podiatrist or board certified foot and ankle surgeon
I called to become a patient for an issue I have with my foot. The front desk staff treated me like I was inconvenience to them. One receptionist hung up on me when I explained she made me uncomfortable. I asked her name and she hung up on me. I called back to ask what her name is to speak to the doctor and a different receptionist answered and refused to give me her name and then asked me to hold and NEVER came back on the phone.
