They do not care about you or their property or its condition. Until you withhold your payment. And they only care about getting their money not fixing the problems. Edit: By good repair he means roof was leaking for 2 months which i asked to be repaired on multiple occasions
Don't care for the cleaner they use to mop the store. Otherwise it's well kept.
