Genuinely dont move here I lived in an upstairs 1bd and the floors are HORRIBLE. Every step creeks the floor. You can feel your next door neighbors footsteps when they’re walking. So imagine the downstairs neighbors. Speaking of, my downstairs neighbor was a tweaker that was inviting dangerous people in and out the apartment, smoking blues, harassing women and children in the complex and yelling slurs.
