Please it he’s been almost 5yrs and you still own me 199$ security deposit. I know the management has changed but based on Arizona law the deposit supposed to be held on deferent account. Until move out . And I have paper that says I’m do to get deposit back crooks
I lived at Sierra Pines Apartments for one year, always paid my rent on time, kept my apartment spotless, had no pets, and my children were only with me part-time due to shared custody. Despite taking great care of the apartment, it was constantly infested with cockroaches. I requested pest control several times, but the issue was never resolved. I’ve lived here about a week and a half now and it’s not terrible but there are definitely some things to note. I live on the second floor of my building and so far have found 5 roaches which tells me that there may be a nest somewhere in the building on top of that the stench of weed in my apartment is getting pretty annoying, sometimes it’s fine and sometimes I’ll walk in and it smells like someone just smoked in here so there is obviously someone smoking downstairs regularly and the complex has yet to do anything about it... read more
