I absolutely love living here , I’ve been here for quite some time , long enough to see multiple managers and set of front staff come and go and tbh they all were very subpar in custom service. Some even absolutely rude as hell which I understand dealing with tenants isn’t always easy but to be rude off the bat is absolutely insane, It wasn’t until Kayla took over where I really started seeing changes in how things were ran and how people were treated. Base rent is minimum $200-$300 more than advertised on apartments.com. Waited more than 20 minutes for a pre scheduled tour. Had a similar experience last year too but wanted to give them a second chance...
Love it. Been here for 4 months, almost 5. I was able to get my questions answered in a timely manner and have had a nice experience with the staff. They were understanding and I'll never forget their kindness when I was going through a hardship. Haven't had any infestation or any problems that weren't solved right away. Maintenance is fast with my tickets and they are respectful and nice. Great experience so far😊😊😊😊
Jordan has been AMAZING & Miss Tina (I believe her name is) brightens the day. I moved in my apartment at 9 months pregnant. I downsized while continuing to fix my credit so I can buy a house within the next few years. My unit does NOT have roaches nor bed bugs. SCAM BAIT AND SWITCH!! Please look elsewhere. During my tour I was showed the model unit- I asked what would be different from the unit I am seeing and the unit I showed up to inquire about. The Assistant Manager who gave me the tour told me the ONLY difference was that the appliances were not stainless steal. Before move-in I requested to see the unit and was only offered to see it at 4:30pm the night before move-in which I was not available for.
