Just moved in, have had a few problems that we have needed maintenance to come fix. Each time it has been Juan, and he is awesome! He responds in a timely manner, hears your concerns and answers questions, and does his best to solve any problem you may have. Also a pretty chill guy.
Stay away they charge for trash, separate water separate hot water separate you literally paying for maintenance the way they watered their own grass you’re paying for everything this place is a scam . You even paying for a parking spot which is cars to get broken in left and right
I lived at Sierra Pines Apartments for one year, and based on my experience, I absolutely DO NOT recommend this complex. From DAY ONE, immediately after signing my lease and moving in, I discovered that my apartment had a serious roach infestation. I contacted the leasing office immediately and was told their pest control company could not come out for approximately two weeks.
