Management could be better. Seems like they don’t charge their “favorites” for animals they have. They should check on the apartments to see who has animals in hiding. Because some only come out at night when management leaves 🤔

I live here is the best place to live, very quiet place,evenings if you go out side to walk you feel to walk on tippy toes so not to make a noise! Love it! Lol

It’s close to schools and stores , the management team is nice but and maintenance does a good job cleaning but realistically, it is not a safe place to live at all. Break ins , drug abuse & fights happen weekly here. Management is aware but can only do so much due to the lack of support / financing from the property owners. Conclusion : Security is needed over night or at minimum HD cameras that can see well at night.

Sierra Pines apartments is a nice place to live in. Managers and maintanace guys were always nice and friendly. I had great time living there. They always helped on any issue I had in the apartment. I definitely recommend living there.
