Great service All around great service. We have the same technician come to our home every month and is therefore knowledgeable in what we need each time. Always comes in at his scheduled time and is very courteous. Also, the receptionist calls to remind us when it's time for another visit- convenient.

Terrible - Late and not very thorough I do not recommend this company. I have used them twice, if you count one no show. The first time, the technician was 30+ minutes late and once he finally got there, he was very hurried and did not really do much. I had bugs back in a week. Recently, I called a week ahead of time and scheduled at appointment. The day of the appointment, they called me less than an 10 min before they were supposed to be there and said they were going to be late because of an office meeting. I explained th... read more

Fast and Friendly I've used them twice for inspections. They were very thorough and even drew little graphs and pictures of areas that had water damage that could possibly lead to pests. Very nice guys and straightforward.
