Amazing place
Beware when renting here. UPDATE 9/28 I simply asked a question. What were my options to break my lease seeing as not only were the remodeled units slowly falling apart from broken shelving in the closet, standing water in the bathroom bathrooms. But also, property manager and regional manager, not only refusing but denying me proper Policies and procedures in order to break my lease I did not sign up to live with roaches which pest control has come yes but they are slowly remodeling units and the roaches are leaving one uni... read more
Location, location, location. Walking distance to down town. Minutes from the airport and everything is within 5 to 10 minutes away. New management has taken over to revamp the property definitely a hidden gem to Las Vegas. Kristine Watts truly goes above and beyond for her Tenants a very kind soul.
