Dr. Skeehan and his staff was extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind to me today! I am very impressed and grateful for them!
Can't get a consultation call back after almost 3 weeks or a response to their online form that says they will get back to you within 24 hours. That's a lie. If it's this bad from the start, I cant trust it to be good all the way thru. Office staff incompetence.
From the beginning, all your staff have been professional, courteous and very efficient. I have felt very comfortable coming to your office so far. Your assistant should get a raise. She is great, coming from an x medical employee. Thanks
Sierra Pacific Surgical has skilled surgeons and you'll be in good hands whichever surgeon you choose from pre op to post op.
After visiting them, they informed me that they don't do the procedure I needed. I asked them for a referral to a surgeon who did several times and was ultimately denied. I reached out to my primary care physician and he gave me a referral right away. Why couldn't Sierra Pacific do that? I think they just wanted to bill another office visit. After this experience, it was obvious to me where their priorities are... not the patients.
