I am writing this review on behalf of my mother, whose experience with Jay Robertson was extremely disappointing and upsetting. Not only was the care rushed and inattentive, but his attitude was shockingly rude. This was genuinely one of the worst and rudest people my mother has ever encountered, especially in a medical setting where compassion and professionalism are critical. Dr. Robertson has performed two recent unexpected surgeries... it was a huge deal... and I was so grateful... the staff is so sweet... I never had to wait long... Dr. Robertson himself is kind... and shows empathy... treats you like a person (that's not always the case in some offices) I would highly recommend Serria Surgical... and Dr. Robertson is definitely a go too!!!
Let me give you my honest review of Dr Robertson and Sierra Pacific based on my experience thru two surgeries. I would run! They are like a puppy mill, they do as many as surgeries as they can and they do not personally about you! Dr Roberson performed my hernia surgeries. The first hernia surgery went wrong and resulted in even more pain. He then performed a second surgery, to fix the first but it resulted in even more pain. I had a very positive experience from pre op to post op with Dr. Robertson. He performed my gallbladder surgery as well as repaired an unexpected hernia. Being that it was my first surgery ever, I was not sure what to expect and had several questions and concerns. I never felt rushed each time we met and was pleased with his time, care and manner.
