INCOMPETENT STAFF. Not sure about the surgeons, but the administration staff is extremely incompetent. My mother had an urgent referral from her nephrologist to put in a catheter so she can start dialysis. The admin (Devin) dragged out scheduling for 2 months, then scheduled out 2 months after that. I asked why it took so long and her response was that our primary insurance only covers that location and our secondary would only cover 20%. Today I had my last post-operation checkup with Dr. Jay Robertson. The operation I needed was a life-saving operation for me. I had a severe stricture that needed to be removed. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate Dr. Robertson and his high level of professionalism and his extensive surgical knowledge. The surgery went great and I now feel like I can live again. There’s no words that can describe how blessed I am to have a great surgery done by Dr. Chan. He did an amazing job explained everything to me made me feel safe and comfortable. I was scheduled for a surgery through this office, but it never happened. On the day of the surgery, after preparation and IV, the surgeon didn't show up to the appointment so my surgery was cancelled. While I was told it would be rescheduled, I never received a call to reschedule, nor could I get ahold of anyone to reschedule the appointment.
