Worst security guards and property managers I've ever seen they don't respect your rights and have a problem with freedom do not rent or even visit their properties save yourself the headache
Our experience at Woodland Hills Apartments (managed by Sierra Pacific Properties) has been extremely stressful. Since early 2025, we have received multiple eviction notices that we believe were defective, including charges for months where rent was tendered but rejected, and late fees that we later learned are not considered legal rent under California law. Absolutely horrible people to have come across. I'm in total agreement with a review posted about Cornerstone Aparments, it was terrible, and Sierra Pacific Properties... They leasing agent was professional and helped, everything was fine till paid the application fee, all was okay. once that was done the "community manager" simply declines the application over a typo error that the application name didn't match the ID?? The worst company to rent from. Very unprofessional none of their emails work. Oh and don’t move into any of the properties with a roommate they will take your credit info and use it if the other person’s credit is bad. They do not communicate via phone, or email they will give you attitude and hang up in your face. They do not care about being served and breaking California laws just to keep tenants.
