I had an extremely troubling experience at Sierra Pacific Pediatrics, located at 12442 Limonite Ave #202, during my recent visit with my child. First, I was given the wrong appointment time and told my visit was scheduled for 1:00 PM. As a result, I waited outside the office for 30 minutes with the doors locked. To make matters worse, I tried calling the office multiple times throughout the day, but the phone seemed to be on automatic forwarding the entire time, even after my visit on 11/20/2024. I love my new found pediatrician for my kids. Very nice office and staff. Dr. Lau is great with babies and kids couldn’t be happier.
Dr Lau saw my newborn daughter. Very knowledgeable and patient. I am happy that my daughter is under her care.
