Always helpful
Permanently closed the Eastvale location after 12/19 and elected to not notify families via email. I called this morning needing a same-day appt for a more urgent matter for one of my kids, only to be told they decided to close but only had put a sign up in the office recently to notify families. But families such as ours who haven't had a physical or sick visit recently would have no idea. Such a bummer after being long time patients at this office. The location in Eastvale is horrible. The front desk staff is lazy, rude, unprofessional, and unorganized. I always show up 15 minutes before my appointment, but they will make you waite 2+ hours AFTER your appointment time before actually being seen by the doctor. This is not including the time you will wait in their waiting room after checking in. Scheduling can get messed up, so this happening once isn't a big deal, but every appointment is not okay.
