I would not ever recommend doing business with Sierra Pacific Mortgage. The person I was working with during the purchasing process continually checked in with me to tell me the amount due on the day of closing and making sure I had that amount. On the day of closing, the amount went up by $50.00 first. Not a big deal. Then, the price went up several hundred dollars. Then, the price went up $4,600.00. Stay away!! This company will lead you on and the day before or the the day of closing, they will intentionally try to sabotage the deal. They ask for all kinds of information ( which is understandable considering its for a mortgage) however there always seems to be something come about the information the day before or after leaving home buyers in a scramble. 3 days before closure, I specifically asked loan officer how everything was looking and was told everything looked great. Run away from this company as fast you can. Do not even entertain the idea of working with them. My brother was a super shady **** Estate Agent and at the time we bought our house I trusted him to do the loan. He set up these jokers. Well 5 years later my brother did almost a year in jail for stealing and I am left to deal with this incompetent and corrupt organization. If there is a mistake they will make it. If there is a business ethical line to cross, they will cross it.

If you can avoid Sierra Pacific Mortgage, do it. My mortgage payment was recently increased $400.00 dollars. I called and spoke to an employee who told me it was a tax increase. I checked with Riverside County and my taxes had increased, $twenty-four dollars. I called Sierra Pacific Mortgage company again and as I was told what I now knew, as the employee tried to tell me it was a tax increase, she allegedly looked into it for a few minutes and replied, It is a ***************. Stay away from this mortgage company. they have the absolute worst customer service, I mean I can’t begin to tell you how exhausting the experience of dealing with the customer service is. I switched my insurance company from Allstate to farmers a couple months ago and provided them with all proof of insurance, with when all state ended and farmers began, I called the insurance department which happens to have the dumbest of all customer service reps and explained to them several time how I switched insurance they kept sendi... read more

This company has the worst customer service by far. They refuse to acknowledge their mistakes and in their response to me indicated that 4 hours hold time for a customer to reach a representative was acceptable. They would like you to believe that long hold times are "due to COVID" but they have had long hold times since they bought our mortgage last year. Now to the reason for my having to wait 4 hours on hold on one day and a total of 9 hours on hold over multiple calls to finally resolve a problem they created. We had to ... read more

I went to this company because I heard a good review on Hugh Hewitt. I called and started working with Alfonso Jr, he was very vague about how much it was going to cost, I was very disappointed on the price but I did get my loan. The appraiser came in gave me fair market Price stayed for about an hour and a half measured everything and looked at everything I was pleased with the home price.
