Our original loan process went very smoothly and our lender rep was great to work with. Unfortunately, this is one of the companies that does sell your mortgage immediately. Be careful if you decide to work with Sierra Pacific. You may get a great rate, and have a great experience, but once you close, your problems will begin. We made one payment in July and our loan was then transferred to a substandard lender. From October to January, I filed 2 complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau against the new servic... read more
