The office staff never do a follow up And when it comes to the referrals same thing I called and left messages No response It's been over a month They do not take health care seriously .
The rating speaks for itself. This is for the staff, your receptionist has an attitude. Check-in for a follow up should not take that long when I am not a new patient. If paperwork wasn’t required why waste my time and ask that I fill it out on a link to my phone. When your receptionist wasn’t even sure how the process works. What link? When was it sent? Where? Our first impression with Dr. Waltrous was that he was unable to diagnose my wife’s chronic condition, and it led to worsening symptoms. The treatment plan was insufficient, a waste of months of waiting to be seen, we are seeking a new specialist.
