I was a little nervous about going that day. I had some bad places instill fear in my conscience previously . When I called Sierra Oral And Facial, I got a relieving feeling. Everyone was patient and very calming that I talked to. Everyone from the receptionist to the assistant. When Dr Falke came in to the room we discussed our thoughts and I instantly felt relaxed and confident about my coming to the appointment. Dr. Falke and the staff are very professional and so accommodating. I am terrified of the dentist, and everyone made me feel welcome. They were efficient and able to see me for my first visit and do surgery the same day (which helped alleviate some of my anxiety). Very caring staff as well. I really felt at ease here. Thank you for your caring professionalism.
I called looking for a general dentist, I spoke to a really nice and helpful lady named Johanna, who told me that they are a oral surgery practice but she could give me a referral to a few other dentists that they have worked with. I was surprised, cuz normally with other business they have said they can't do referrals. She went above and beyond to help me. If i ever need an oral surgeon (hopefully I won't) I will definitely use Sierra Oral.
Beautiful location, welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, amazing Doctor! My son had impacted wisdom teeth extracted and they helped us both feel really comfortable about the experience! Thank you, thank you Dr. Falke and staff!
