Just recently lived at 416 F St., Sparks, NV 89431 upon moving out I fully clean the house and everything with a professional cleaning company and when I asked him what’s going on with my deposit because they’re five days late she says oh yeah I believe they sent it out let me ask the accounting department then sends me a picture and documentation saying that I am responsible for the wear and tear of the house and the carpet cleaning even though I left a pet deposit I believe that’s what that was for and they never asked me ... read more
David Orozco-Rodriguez is absolute trash and a poor excuse for a human being. It has been close to a month of trying to let myself calm down from writing this review but I still feel the exact same about not only him but Sierra Nevada Properties. From the start they were not willing to work with us. We were first time home buyers and clearly this was all new to us. Seller BeWare! This company had a buyer for my home. Was told they were pre-qualified. As time pregress I put a offer on home out of State. Transfer all utilities, Transfer jobs, stop mail, 2 days before closing, was told buyers are backing out! Now I sit loosing my future home, lost Job, and all my money I put towards new home. This company is non caring, nor do they communicate with seller. I would never recommend this company to anyone who deals with them.
