The day of the inspection Jeff Humphreys refused to let my parents accompany him during their home inspection. He missed several obvious serious problems that had to be repaired; for example the gutters were sloped in wrong direction, the gas cooktop wouldn't light and had to be replaced, the trash compactor started smoking the first time they used it, the hvac condensation tube was clogged, and there was a huge burn mark in the microwave that wasnt even mentioned in his report. Extremely professional inspector. On time, with excellent customer service. Happily answered all questions and stayed to check all functions of home to ensure they were operational. Inspected all aspects of the home, including roof and crawl space. Inspection Report was impressively detailed and easy to read, included table of contents, color photographs and concise description of all issues and observations.
